BEST WESTERN PLUS NAIROBI WESTLANDS, KENYA

Bringing 100 newly-constructed, international-standard guest rooms, a gym and meeting facilities to the affluent Westlands district of Nairobi, the Best Western Plus will cater to both business and leisure travellers. Located north of the city centre, the contemporary hotel will also offer three food and beverage outlets, including a rooftop bar, in-keeping with the area’s existing popularity as an upmarket entertainment hub.

Aleph Hospitality was awarded the management contract for the hotel during its construction phase.

 

 

NAIROBI AIRPORT HOTEL, KENYA

Located on Mombasa Road at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, this outstanding new Nairobi airport hotel will offer 350 guest rooms, two food and beverage outlets and extensive events space including meeting rooms and a ballroom. Leisure facilities will include a fully-equipped gym, an outdoor pool and a spa, offering both a welcome retreat for transit passengers as well as a convenient base for travellers destined for the city, less than 20km away.

Aleph Hospitality was awarded the management contract for the hotel during its construction phase.  A brand franchise agreement is already under negotiation.

 

DAYS HOTEL & SUITES DAKAR, SENEGAL

With 84 modern, well-appointed guest rooms including two rooftop suites, the newly built Days Hotel & Suites Dakar will add much needed internationally-branded room stock to the Senegalese capital. Upon opening in the centre of the city, the hotel will offer four meeting rooms, a fully-equipped gym and a chic coffee shop, in addition to a stunning destination rooftop bar and restaurant.

MONROVIA HOTEL, LIBERIA

Set to become Liberia’s first internationally-branded hotel, this landmark property will offer 90 newly-built, midscale guest rooms to the capital’s expanding business traveller base. Dining options will include one all-day-dining venue and one speciality restaurant, with guests also able to take advantage of a gym, spa and meeting facilities on site.

Responsible for securing a franchise contract as well as the ongoing management of the hotel, Aleph Hospitality is currently in discussion with several major hotel companies about the project.
